"I had a good experience with State Farm. The individual I corresponded with was Emmy, who was working on behalf of Yasmine Luevano. Emmy was kind, prompt with her email replies, and made sure to follow-up with me to see if I had any additional questions. The quote I received from State Farm was competitive with another insurance company I was looking at. I took away 1 star because Emmy did seem a little inexperienced; she didn't immediately have all the answers to the questions I had when speaking with her by phone, though did make sure to check with her colleagues about areas she wasn't sure about. While I ultimately opted for a different insurance company, I will certainly reach back out if I need to re-evaluate my options in the future."
